Why the site does not open from outside by IP?

Good evening.
Faced such a problem. There is a server on a LAMP bundle, Based on CentOS 7. For some reason, the site opens normally if you use the name or internal IP of the server, but if you use an external one, it does not work.
Forwarding is configured normally (checked on the SSH service). What could be the reason?

in the LAMP settings, a virtual host can be registered for the local address and DNS name, and not registered for the external address (or for the external it goes to an empty directory)
