Apache site (Wordpress CMS) does not load on the VDS What is the reason?

I began to transfer the site from hosting to WordPress. Transferred all the files, exported the database, went through the initial WordPress setup and all the white screen! Apache logs have this error:

Hello. It is worth taking a closer look at the logs. You directly indicate an error (failed to open stream: No such file or directory), that even without a translator it will be clear that the file or folder is missing. There may be several problems, the easiest way is to transfer the files with an archive. If you downloaded the entire site to your PC, then uploaded it, some files might not load.
