APACHE error. AH00526?

Apache HTTP Server

after updating Ubuntu (apt-get upgrade) apache stopped working correctly - virtual hosts do not work.
symptoms:

ate to solve with the help of Google, nothing helped
in the end, demolished ubuntu rolled mint (updating) and installing apache.
and still the same error
how to win?
