Anything known about Virtuata?

Cisco buys Virtuata, a privately held U.S. security technology company for virtualized environments.
Virtuata partners with Citrix.
It turns out that the Virtuata solution should replenish the Cisco Virtual Security Gateway portfolio that already exists for VMware and Hyper-V environments?
