Any idea what might be wrong with the mouse?

Hey!

Razer DeathAdder 3.5G, I've had it for 5+ years now. Changed clicks, changed the wire a couple of years ago. Everything works like clockwork. I don’t hit the mouse on the table: D
Now there is a strange problem, sometimes the pointer stops moving and clicks do not respond, while the backlight continues to burn. The system does not emit any sounds.
"Perevtyk" mouse in sistemnik helps. Sometimes for a couple of minutes, sometimes for the whole day.
I killed the OS yesterday (Win 10, several years), I don’t see any problems with USB ports. A webcam with a microphone and Razer headphones also work from USB.
I tried power saving guides.

There is currently no option to buy a new one.
