Antiviruses swear on installation. How and with what to sign an application under Windows?

After creating the installer and releasing it to production and subsequent installation on a PC, antiviruses swear at the foreignness of the program being installed. The program itself is written in Java with native graphics libraries. Does anyone have experience in promoting desktop programs and do I need to sign it, do I need some kind of license, and if so, what is the procedure for obtaining it?
In short, you need to go through the SmartSreen filter, which, although it allows you to install the application, but with a warning, and then antiviruses also swear during the installation process, although all this does not affect the program's performance after installation.

You need to sign so that the certificate is from a trusted publisher.
Contact Verisign, Thawte, Comodo, etc. draw up all the necessary papers and get a certificate, after which you sign your applications with it.
Such a pleasure costs about $ 300 a year.
For example https://www.thawte.com/code-signing/
