I met almost a step-by-step manual on how to animate old photos and postcards, achieving the effect as in the famous video "I really want to go to the Soviet Union."

In Photoshop, the picture was divided into layers - the object, the background, and so on were cut out. Empty spaces were filled in by “cloning”… And then some 3D software was used.
