Angular, React or Vue with Node.js?

I choose a stack to create my own projects (medium and large scale).
Chose Node.js Express and mongoDB
Now I'm wondering what is the best JS framework to learn? Angular, React or Vue?
I tend to choose React.
But I often see mentions of the MEAN stack. This suggests that Angular is supposedly better than Node. Or is it not?

For large Nest.js/postgres + Angular, for medium vue + express/mongo. Not a dogma, you can pull anything.
If you like bicycle building, you can adapt React.
