Android with the ability to change sims without reboot?

Please advise an android phone that can quickly change SIM cards without reboot (i.e. for the SIM card to be in the tray, it could be removed without disconnecting the batteries, and this operation would not cause shock to the device).
Desirable:
1) Budget
2) Mega-fat would be dvuhsimochny.
Do not offer iPhone;)

I had a Spica (Samsung Galaxy Spica), so it had a SIM slot on the side, like on an iPhone, just hidden under the back panel. You can easily change your SIM card without turning off your phone. So just look for a phone where the snapshot is pulled out without removing the battery.
