I removed the old one and installed the new Android studio, after that everything was highlighted in red. It does not depend on the project, I checked it on different projects and tried everything in Build

Android SDK removed too? Go to Tools->Android->SDK Manager and see what is installed there.

Go to File - Project Structure - SDK Location and see if the path is correct.
