Have you been banned on Google? Here is a list of permissions:
developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.p...
As far as I remember, it is for Google plus that no permission is responsible. For clarification, see the connection of google services - they are the ones that give api to google plus.

Well, why doesn't he answer? As I understand it, there are permissions that, as a result, enable the user to "Use accounts on the devices".
My question is, if the application has this permission, can it receive data from any account that is in the list of accounts in the settings? There is no finer gradation - which account can be used and which not?
