Is there an app to make a GSM SIP gateway from Andriod phone?

There is an Asterisk PBX, we want to connect a cell phone to the PBX so that you can call and receive calls from it. You need this to save money in roaming. Are there such applications for Android that will work as a GSM gateway to receive and send a SIP call?
Maybe someone used it?

no. but of the cheap options for gsm gateways, there is a bunch of usb-hub + huawei e1550/173 + chan_dongle, under the asterisk it spins quite stably, calls and works with SMS

move from Asterisk to Cisco CallManager, and don't forget to purchase licenses for Jabber clients. It won't be cheap though :)
