Android studio does not respond to cursor clicks, what should I do?

Faced a problem installing android studio (version 3.1.4). The program does not respond to cursor clicks, all buttons are highlighted, but after pressing the LMB there is no reaction, but if you press through the keyboard, everything works. I reinstalled many versions, reinstalled jdk, googled (apparently only I encountered such a problem). Installed on another computer, everything works. I have Windows 7, I downloaded the correct version, under x64.
