Android programming - what are the options?

I want to do programming on android. From what I have already tried:
QPython3 - good for learning syntax, but nothing more. It is possible to run a web server (Web Application Samples), but it seems unrealistic to set it up for Jangu - it’s not clear at all what to put and load in order to use it, because I’m used to loading via pip / npm / etc. Maybe I don’t know some features of QPython, but it didn’t work out for the web.
KSWEB is a good set. There is nginx, apache, even PHPMyAdmin, which is a great web server, suitable for pure PHP coding for sure.
Pyonic is just an interpreter. Didn't see anything special.
C# Shell - also, just a compiler. Good for teaching syntax, nothing more.
dcoder - online. This is the main problem.
AIDE Web is gorgeous, I use it, but I wouldn’t start typing on it - despite the chic UI, it’s still a perversion to type on android.
AIDE - you can write in Java, even Libgdx is connected, a good option so far, but I would like to find a similar option for Django, or maybe you can configure it (KSWEB has everything you need, but I don’t know how to screw it)
JS Run - just an interpreter , is only good for learning JavaScript syntax.
The question is, what other options are there?
Starting from terminals, IDEs, other web servers, or all sorts of Linux Deploy (as I understand it, the ability to install ubuntu, but I don’t believe it, it’s too good to be true. I haven’t tested it yet, I need to get root and then I’ll try), in general I need anything that can help turn my phone into a normal web coding machine.
Why do I need it?
The fact is that in college I usually sit stupidly in class, and they dictate to us all sorts of garbage in the spirit of "In order to enlarge the image, you need to press the Z key and hover over the area, then click the left mouse button", i.e. we stupidly take notes this nonsense, without normal practice.
I can’t drag a laptop - they are very strict there and even mobile phones can be taken away, but I can’t endure such an irrational waste of my time.
Hiding the mobile phone, you can safely code, + some couples are frankly kicking the bullshit, there you can read the docks in parallel and practice doing business.
A trifle, but at least something better than just reading.
Or is it left to write by hand?
At my level, this is hardly possible.
