Android on Samsung Galaxy S3 and mail sync issue

Good afternoon, I ran into a problem that mail is not automatically synchronized on the phone. If you forcefully click on synchronization, it works, but it doesn’t.
What is strange here is that synchronization is disabled, but such parameters are set in all settings. Where to dig?
Phone SG 3 and 2
Android 4.1.2 on both

@GAS_85

It needs to be turned on.

Thank you, I smiled and once again went through the menu, but I did not find the inclusion of synchronization anywhere.
However, the casket just opened . The synchronization button has been removed from the settings of the notification panel , and if you add it, and then press it again, you will be happy ...
The problem was that I completely forgot about this button and looked for a solution in the menu switches.
