Android, need a widget ;)?

Somehow a wonderful site oboobs.ru/ was promoted
on Habré They have a widget for opera, but unfortunately there is no widget for android. No one would be interested in writing?
I made a layer over their api (using the link ob.mobile-master.org/b.jpg every time a random picture), I found the source codes of a similar project code.google.com/p/url-image-widget/
You just need to hardcore the url and do automatic update (and setting it accordingly)

If there is such a widget showing boobs from this site on the screen, then the phone will be discharged much faster =)

Is it possible to do this in such a way that with each request the picture is saved to the memory card and put on the desktop background? :)
