I can't make the next interface element.



I think it's possible with the help of the progress bar. but I can't figure out how.
If there is a suggestion on how this can be done without a progress bar, I will be glad to hear it.

I don’t understand why the iphone tag is needed, but in general this is done with graphical primitives without any progress bars. Background + arrow. You have the extreme points of the scale and the angle between them, so the deviation of the arrow depending on the value is calculated elementarily. You draw an arrow rotated to the desired angle with any available graphics library. You can write yourself, there is the simplest trigonometry.
