Android emulator on Windows?
Please tell me the Android emulator with which I can emulate the installation of any Android firmware on PC> Emulator.
For example, after downloading the firmware for the Samsung galaxy S5, I do not need to buy the phone itself.
So that I can emulate installing and running Android 4.4.2 on a PC as Windows on Virtual Box.

There are android emulators, for example, this one comes with android sdk along with compatible firmware (there will be bare android with a minimum of applications without google apps). Android sdk right out of the box allows you to download and configure the environment for almost any version of android, incl. yours is 4.4.2 - api level 19 .
There is also an emulator tailored for games, and not just one, for example bluestacks
All these emulators are based on open source android firmware!
But it will not be possible to accurately emulate a specific device, since manufacturers do not share either specifications or code for working with all peripherals, which means that it will not be possible to emulate it and, accordingly, it will also fail to launch proprietary firmware, it simply will not find the devices expected by it.
