Android development using Fly phone?

I bought myself an inexpensive Fly IQ 440 Android phone .
I decided to practice developing for Android on it. I see that there is no Fly company in the list of drivers at all.
Does anyone develop Android applications on such Chinese phones? What to do in this case?
I tried to look for drivers for the stuffing (MTK 6577), without success.

I also searched on 4pda, but the previous search was not successful for some reason.
After a more detailed search in the thread, I successfully installed the driver from the thread header.
