Android crap memory. How to clean?

I don’t know if it’s just me or everyone has an android, like Windows is growing all the time.
What are the ways to free the crap memory, otherwise it is almost gone?

Reset to factory settings) Cleans well.
Cleaning the cache of programs also helps, but you need to understand that they will still pollute the memory again. Still sometimes the system can download the next updates in the background, then after installing the updates, the memory will be freed.
Separate advice - set up automatic deletion of media files in instant messengers by time, say, in a month. With active correspondence, some chats quickly exceed a couple of gigabytes.

Typical Android.
Look in the settings for what devours the most memory. Most likely, the cache of some Telegram.
