Android aggregator and copyright

There is an aggregator application (4 sites) for ordering goods from these sites.
All pictures and logos are downloaded from these sites and displayed in the application.
From one of the site came the following message:
The question is, what to do about it and how serious it is? The situation is interesting.
Example: if you write a browser that will load sites. The owner of the site can write and ask to do so that the browser does not load his site?

Answer that you are doing "well" to him. Your application allows you to increase their sales.
Have a conversation, don't hide from them.

That is, if we use the logo and photographs in relation to the goods of the copyright holder, then this is not considered a violation.

If they complain to Google Play, then your application will be banned very quickly.

They don't want to make contact. Motivating by the fact that supposedly the application is "not working" and they do not like it. All the same, from a legal point of view, I think there is nothing wrong with that.
