Android 8 - how to get rid of the damn doze mode?

I want my phone to eat my battery. Not me for the phone, but the phone for me.
I don't want to save battery - I have a power bank. I'm not too lazy to put the phone on charge every night.
But I want to receive a message in telegram not when I opened telegram, but when it was written.
I want mail to arrive instantly, like on previous versions of android.
I want the gps tracker to record my track while I'm riding a bike and transfer it to the server. In your pocket, with the screen off.
I want a lot of things, and it all works, but only with the screen on.
I have enabled all whitelists, I have disabled all data and battery savings where possible. I tried disabling doze modes via adb.
But no, nothing helps. It seems that I did not buy a phone, but a damn Tamagotchi, which I simply have to feed so as not to die.
People, advise what can be done about this? Without root, because. If you root it, android pay and some other banking applications will stop working.
Perhaps there is some application that replaces the screen lock and dims it without turning it off? Launcher? Something else?
Yes, I'm ready to stupidly not turn off the phone, only it was convenient for me to use it, and not to shake over the battery ...
Save me!

@MaryCeleste

Usually they turn off battery saving in the "applications" menu, and in any built-in applications from the manufacturer, this is enough

as an option to capture the wakelock completely
