The problem is this, I reinstalled the system and some problems with RAM started.
The fact is that when you run gulp, chrome, and photoshop, there may be some kind of crash.
Chrome does not open tabs and for lack of RAM,
Gulp crashes
Visual Studio Code crashes
On the previous version of Windows, if you ran all these programs, Photoshop probably curled for a couple of seconds and hung, maybe some programs hung for 1-2 seconds (if you run them all at once) but now just paint.
However, Photoshop itself began to work 3 times faster and without a single lag.
I've probably tried everything,
