And what framework does Bitrix CMS have under the hood - or do they have a self-written one, and if so, which one is more similar, is it easy to figure it out?

I’m thinking now - whether or not to take an order for Bitrix - the platform is completely unfamiliar to me - how long it will take to master - I have no idea.
What does it look like from the inside? ))
Thank you.

It depends on what details of the order, what type of site, what tasks are planned to be solved.
The minimum training period for an intern is 1.5 months, more or less he will be able to join the work in 3 months.

You need to take a completely different course, and not the one from where you spam quotes here ...
You spam quotes from the Administrator course. Basic
It is unlikely that you mean the order to fill the pages with content.
Therefore, you need to start with Bitrix Framework Developer https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/course/?COURSE_I...
And only then climb the exchanges and take orders...
Well, in fact - of course, take the order , the administration of the Toaster will be only glad that a dozen more topics like How to make up news when introducing a component to Bitrix will be created from scratch? or Products are not displayed in the 1C-Bitrix catalog, why?
