And how long did you wait for Yandex to confirm the domain?

I wanted to try out Yandex-Mail-For-Domain, but I couldn't: it turns out that you can confirm ownership of a domain only once every three days.

Am I the only lucky one or is this a common situation? It reminds of the times when applications for *.com.ru domains were registered only one hour late at night and no more than three per day for the whole world.

@ChemAli

You are lucky, all domains were confirmed for me very quickly.

Strange, once every few minutes I was asked for the presence of files or records ...
usually the delay with the check was due to my oversight - the file was not available or the text inside was not valid

When I decided to register it, I also came across a similar situation. After a day of waiting, I realized what the hell it was, took down the records in the domain and went to Google. There he wound up with half a turn: he entered the necessary data, and went on to set up further. The domain was confirmed after about 10 hours, but before that everything worked.
In general, if possible, go to Google.

I registered twice, it took 30-60 minutes quickly.
1. There are 3 ways to confirm ownership of the pdd.yandex.ru/help/section3/ domain.
2. Yandex often (I can’t say for sure, either once every 15 or once every 45 minutes) polls your domain and looks for a record for authorization in it.
3. A new entry in the DNS is distributed around the world up to 72 hours.
Possible reasons in my opinion:
1. The CNAME record is not correct,
2. There is no access to the specified .html file from the outside,
3. Your CNAME did not reach the Yandex DNS in the specified time,
4. Hypothetically, it might not work if you applied two identification method.
I recommend:
1. Delete the .html file and the CNAME record, wait a while (optional),
2. Use one single way, go through the steps pdd.yandex.ru/help/section23/
3. Wait for time. If not. then point 1 and apply the following only method,
4. If it doesn’t work, write to Yandex support, I talked. react normally. despite. that the service is free.
My personal opinion is 90% in this problem - the human factor. 10% - problems with Yandex, which are likely to be resolved after communicating with the support service.

Usually after 1.5 hours, but sometimes it was delayed for a day.
