Analogues of Tap Forms for win/web-app?

I am looking for a program for organizing and storing any kind of information (notes, contacts, lists, etc.), I came across tap forms , judging by the description and video preview, it would suit me well, only the catch is that there is no poppy :(
Tell me Evernote is not suitable, google keep is even more so (without a tree structure - not an option, and there is too little functionality) ...
The most important thing is the ability to store many notes on different topics - a tree structure is needed, I think nothing more convenient was invented ; attaching images; of course synchronization - in the cloud or just a separate db file to synchronize it through your cloud.
Desirable: a client for wine, the ability to password-protect some of the notes (for example, to store not very important passwords).
It seems like such a common need, but I can’t find anything particularly suitable ...
