I, at one time, liked the plantronics blackwire series headsets (I used the C210 and C220) the
noise reduction is excellent, the microphone is adjusted so as to be right at the operator's mouth.
the operators in the call center were also quiet, there were no complaints about poor hearing.
In general, if you want to organize the normal audibility of the operator, and even so that other operators are not heard, organize workplaces.
