when I check what font is used there, I get an announcement that this font is not in this layer. This happens with any template.

Because you apparently download templates from the Internet. The authors use certain fonts that you don't have on your computer. Therefore, when you open this template, you get errors and you are prompted to replace the font from the template with one of the fonts installed on your computer.

The system does not have a font installed that is used in a particular layout. What's the question?
