I see it this way: some light, simple and non-intrusive tool, where I (more precisely, the management of the house) could score certain informational messages (the simplest, without bells and whistles), and they would be broadcast, for example, to a group in VK, FB, others social networks, so that there is RSS, so that the SMS mailing is (well, for this the tenant himself must give his consent and a phone number, i.e. register, well, it is desirable that the mailing is free, if possible), e-mail, etc ...
Those. so that the tenant does not have to go to a particular site to find out the news, and the information, as it were, "comes" to him, with the help of those things that he is used to using. Those. if a person often uses social. networks, then please, here is a group (and for all popular social networks), if mail is more convenient, please leave your mailbox, etc.

The most ultra-simple thing is to make a VKontakte group and place a widget on any site to write to this group. This widget has a "Subscribe to SMS" item. It's just that there is no such item in the group menu. And in the widget - there is.

In principle, you can finish the popular engine for this task with a file - Wordpress, Joomla. If you make VKontakte not a group, but a page, then after you get subscribers there, you need to write to support and they will open the possibility of importing RSS.
