User id facebook different for one account?

There are 2 facebook apps one local and one for production.
Production authorization I receive data during authorization Production
result

and log in
locally Result locally
in response I receive information about the user, and all the data in the response are the same differences only in the most important thing is the user id.
I considered id to be something unique and it should not change depending on which application we are using or is my request not correct?

The user id obtained through the application api is really unique for each application. This is done so that it would not be possible to get a real player profile.
