An efficient way of passive Peltier cooling?

Peltier element 30x30 mm. What is the most efficient, not bulky radiator you can choose for it? Maybe there are radiators that create horizontal drafts inside themselves, or something like that? Ideally, the radiator itself should not go beyond the boundaries of the Peltier module itself and have a maximum height of 2 cm.
