An easy way to qualitatively raise the mail-server?

Hello. There is an instance, you need a mail server, you need a web-face (later we will switch to an interface offer from Google), and you don’t want to get into spam when sending emails (the server is not for spam, but for a healthy, lively business).
I don’t really understand this kind of setup, I don’t want to restore an instance from snapshots after my “smoking manuals”, can someone advise either a simple and understandable way, or a proven manual with remarks?
Z.Y. thanks in advance

Of course, 100% results cannot be achieved. unless, of course, you negotiate with mailers separately)
But if you do not have such connections, then:
Develop a reputation with mail services. postmaster (something like that) to help you.
Postmaster is available for each separate mail service, where you can see your mailing metrics.
In addition, if there are no opportunities to configure your server, then connect to the api of some normal mailing service. And you will be happy.
And type the letter correctly, a lot also depends on it.
This is already more than realistic to get closer to the inbox to 80-90%.
This is what I told you in a nutshell.

I don't really understand this kind of setup
- bad, it is better to hire a person who will do it for money and then comment on his work
a simple and understandable way, or a proven manual with remarks
- it just won't work and you won't find such manuals from A to Z. Such a system in Unix is a constructor. On Windows, it’s probably easier (didn’t try it)
In any case, you need to have an idea about the work of dns, mail server, be able to read and understand logs, process spells, etc., etc.

But you'll either have to smoke manuals or hire someone who understands what they're doing.

Take a piece of paper and count
1) The cost of the work of a specialist
2) The cost of a rented virtual machine / hardware + the cost of storage
3) The cost of licenses (well, or open source, but the cost of a specialist will grow)
4) The cost of maintenance (rolling up updates, backups, removal from spambases, etc.) etc.)
In short, if you are a young and promising company of 10 people, you do not trade in weapons and drugs, it is easier and cheaper to use the same gsuite and not fool around.
In some cases, it makes sense to look in the direction of the same office 365.

Read about zimbra or iredmail for example. I wrote about installing the free version of zimbra here -
https://adminbook.click/centos-7-ustanovka-zimbra-...
Read about the correct DNS setup for the mail server, about the reverse ptr record for the domain.

The easiest way to get your mail server up and running without getting kicked in the ass is to hire a competent specialist. Other paths are running for years on rakes of various sizes.

simple and understandable way,

Is there an easy and understandable way to fix a car with a dead engine for a person who knows nothing about cars?
Yes, I have. Hire someone who understands them.
Writing a manual, especially "simple and understandable" is also a job, and not a small one at that, even if we confine ourselves to the instructions "do as shown, then you will understand why." And if you also seek some understanding of why there and not otherwise, a book will be released as thick as Olifer.
