An earthy alternative to Habr?

Hello.
Recently, I began to catch myself thinking that I read one post out of twenty or thirty. Yes, I'm not a programmer, I'm only interested in startups from the user's point of view, and it's scary to enter GTD in general, because. I will quickly do the work in my own way than I will master all sorts of "progressive" methods.
Suggest something similar with an ergonomic design and active content, where there would be reviews of gadgets, applications, fresh startups, diluted with purely humanitarian topics, but without jaundice. It is possible in English.
Thank you in advance.
