An article about barebone laptops. Does it make sense to write and post?

As a matter of fact, %subject%.
On Habré, the subject of notebook barebone systems was not particularly covered, which is even somewhat strange. In my unenlightened opinion, laptops that are head and shoulders above laptops with standardized equipment and almost as good as desktops in terms of maintainability, modification options and power deserve some attention.
I myself am a happy owner of the Clevo P370EM and am ready to sketch a small but meaningful review of this particular model + a general overview of the pros and cons of such systems in general.
But will the community be interested in reading about it? For wasting my time writing (and your reading) somehow does not smile at me in vain.

@PixRaider

after the words

maintainability, upgradeability and headroom superior to standardized laptops

I immediately googled for the details.
Article in the studio!

The first thought when I read the title of the question: “Are such things being produced at all now?”
I would also like a brief overview of the market: what vendors, price orders
