An android program to save photos in a certain format?

Good afternoon,
I take a lot of pictures on my phone, then I have a bunch of files with "numbers".
Is there any photo program that you can ask her - save all the photos in such and such a format, for example
Anatomy_№1_07.12.2015
Where would I first enter the Subject, what the photo belongs to, then, for example, auto-increment number and date.
It seems like a good idea, only Google did not prompt.
Maybe you used similar programs?
Thanks

There is a lot of handwriting to do here. A CMS is not fundamental. You can do it on WordPress + BBPress (since I personally specialize in WP, I would do it on it). It is possible on Drupal or Expression Engine, but on any adequate one. Purists will suggest using not CMS/CMF, but a framework - Symfony, Laravel or another. And, in principle, they will also be right. You can go further - Python, Node.js, Rails. There is a whole universe of options.
It's more a question of budget and timing, plus many other issues. If you expect to download a ready-made CMS specifically for this type of site, deploy it in two clicks and get a ready-made solution - I have to disappoint you. It will not happen.
