An analogue of the F.Lux program?

Is there an analogue of the F.lux program, which:
- would allow you to set the time at which the brightness \ CG of the display changes, manually, and not only he knows how to locate it;
- would automatically return the screen to the default CT \ brightness when starting at least PhotoShop, or better - programs according to a user-specified list

The point of using the F.lux program is to prevent the user from staying up late. And if the user downloads software from the white list, then this will lead to a return to the brightness of daylight on the monitor, which will badly affect the eyes and, as a result, sleep.
If you really need it so urgently, you can temporarily disable F.lux (pause).
