Amazon does not refund money for an item. What to do?

Hello!
If someone understands the legal issues of the situation, please tell me how you can act in the situation. I placed an order on Amazon of three items for about 70,000 rubles. The order was divided into two parcels, and one part, for about 20,000 rubles, arrived safely, but the second one got stuck in the USA. The problem is that after the order, a note appeared on the product that it was not delivered to the Russian Federation. I called DHL and asked what will happen next with this package? They said they asked Amazon MSDS for documents that would allow me to ship the product, and if they can give them, then the camera I ordered will be sent to me. I was waiting.
On September 29 at 9:56 a.m., there was a new entry with the tracking number (1375044834), that the item was Out for delivery from Baltimore, USA, and a few hours later at 1:55 a.m., that the item was delivered. MALAYA TOPKA, MD, RU. Which is physically impossible. And signed by some D Rooks. I called DHL, they reassured me, they said that everything is ok, the product was returned to Amazon at the request of Amazon itself, and the status of the product will be updated in the near future.
Since then, I have been calling both DHL and Amazon almost every day for a month now. Amazon says that the product was delivered to me, and if I don’t have it, then I should write a statement to the police, because they are sure that the product was at least delivered to the village of Malaya Topka, Russia, and may have already been lost here . To my explanation that DHL accurately reports that the item was returned to Amazon, they respond that when DHL changes the status of the order on their website, then they can begin the process for a refund. When asked to call DHL and ask, they answer that this cannot change anything, because the system is automated. This is the Amazon version.
Now DHL. The fact that it is indicated on the site that the order has been delivered is not an error, but a technical feature, when, regardless of the address and the reason for the delivery of the order, the original delivery address is substituted there. And they can't influence it in any way. They say for sure on the phone that the parcel was returned to Amazon, and they have all the documents confirming this. But they cannot deliver them to Amazon, because everything is automated there, and there is simply no one to give them to. They offered me an official letter, stamped and signed by DHL, stating that the item had been returned to Amazon upon request. I mailed it to a support person, but he once again stated that he could not do anything, and all I could do was apply for a certain D Rooks, who, according to Amazon, lives in Malaya Topka and took my camera instead of me , and according to DHL, this is an Amazon employee,
Does it make sense to file a police report? If there is, to whom, on amazon? On DHL? I'm already a little desperate and don't know what to do.

You didn't say the most important thing - how did you pay?
If through paypal, open a dispute. If by card - contact the bank with a statement to cancel the transaction (I'm not sure if it's possible, because a lot of time has passed)
For the future - pay with PayPal.
