Amazon Cloud and legal entity: how to apply and pay

Has anyone handled the Amazon Cloud relationship on behalf of the legal entity? Do they only pay by card? Can it be brought to a legal entity? And even if it is possible, how to legally formalize relations with Amazon? Do they send any papers?

I would be grateful for any information on the topic.

I don't think you can do anything directly. Firstly, a card cannot be made for a legal entity. Secondly, this is a different country. There are a lot of complexities with this.
I would suggest using the IP as an intermediary. But then we get a minimum rise in price of 6% - the amount of tax.

From conversations in PM, I conclude: the Russian company cannot formally formalize relations with Amazon. In any case, there are no successful examples. I would be glad if someone corrects me.
