Amazon aws took $4 from my card (after a month of use), although I indicated a free server. How to prevent withdrawals?

Let them block the service, and do not withdraw money on their own. I can’t untie the card, writes, indicate another source of payment. Where can I set up myself to pay if I need to?

And why do you write here, and not to them in those support?
Just do not put money on the card - they will block it.
If you are too lazy to get a real card for this, get a virtual one, for example, Qiwi.

Amazon has no such thing as a free server
. It has free tier limits for the first year of use that include a minimum amount of resources to try, if you have exceeded traffic, allocated disk more than it should be, or exceeded any other limits, then please pay
