Amavisd-new how to block attachments by extension and not by file type?

Использую фильтрацию почты по типу почтовых вложений.
Настроил amavisd, указал типы файлов которые нужно блокировать (exe,scr и т.д.) в том числе и в архивах.
Все работало, вирусы на почту не проходили. Но вдруг заметил, что если прилетает вложение, в котором не верно указан тип файла, amavisd его не не проверят.
Например:

File: Fill in the contract beginning of April.rar, the archive contains a virus with the .scr extension, which is not detected by any antivirus program at the moment.
Because cases of sending such letters from hacked mailboxes (including from Yandex and mail) have become more frequent, I am looking for a way to force the filter to check not by Content-Type, but by file extension.
