Am I the only one who can't load images?

Hi everybody. Today I noticed something odd.
In general, images are not displayed on the Toyester:

On Youtube the same nonsense:

On other sites, some images also do not load:

What could be the problem? Am I the only one with such nonsense? Maybe this is somehow connected with the fact that Rossnadzor blocked some of Google's IP addresses? But google works fine for me. What could be the reason?
