Alternatives to Haxe and Nim?

There is one specific task, I'm trying to find a programming language that would be best suited for it.
The main requirement is that the language should compile normally into native code, and into js code. Most importantly, the higher the performance of the resulting native code, the better.
Nim did not please because of the syntax and type system, although the speed of the native code suits.
I didn’t have the proper experience with haxe, and I don’t know about the speed of native code, maybe the language is suitable, but I would like to know alternatives.

and what's wrong with types?
you probably need emscripten. write to yourself in the old fashioned way on syah, collect in asm.js and forward.
it is even better to write on growth and assemble it into webassemblies.
but in general, the border of nativeness is now blurred to the point of obscenity. With some thread graalvm and dotnet natives, you can natively collect everything toad-dotnet. Of course, with restrictions and reservations. in the same way, in the direction of zhs, everything that is going to the toad-dotnet can be broadcast in different ways.
Yes, and sparkles can be collected both in javascript, and natively, a lot of languages \u200b\u200bcan. all sorts of rocks-kotlins, haskel-okamly and other go.

vBulletin - a good community, flexible, many modules, but I really would advise versions up to 4, after 4 the horror went as the development staff completely changed, or Xenforo from the old Vb developers

xenforo is not an option. MySQL won't give rest to the OP. It is better to consider variants on SQLite3.

Punbb.
Only those places where links on the Internet lead to it two or three years ago have turned sour. What can cause the impression of neglect.
However, it does not smell of neglect if you know where PunBB has been really brewing for these couple of years. Here is the secret place https://punbb.info
Currently, my forum on that engine is spinning for a little over a year (about 4000 posts per month), and even during this time the engine has learned a lot. I especially like its reactivity, simplicity and convenience, the elegance of features such as loading and displaying pictures. In one click.
There's a lot more you can do with the engine. Well, the community is responsive.
DB at least MySQL, at least SQLite3 (there is also a database management tool), PHP on my forum 7.2...
By the way, here is mine https://krokovod.org/forum/
The PunBB Community will not let you go to waste using my link. They will help, advise, even fix the plugin. I myself was dragged out by the handle, now I help others to take their first steps in forum construction. Join.
