Alternatives to Guacamole (Web GUI for ssh/Desktop on Linux)?

Good afternoon
I am looking for alternatives to the Guacamole app. Need to remotely map ssh/Desktop on Linux.
Don't like Guacamole tomcat.

For remote work on Mint, Mac OSX from a Windows host, I used NoMachine.
The speed seems to be quite good, but glitches were observed, sometimes I had to restart the nx server.
