Alternative to VNC?

I'm looking for an alternative or a special implementation of VNC, and it can be paid, see the main Wishlist below:
1) Automatic screen scaling to fit the monitor.
2) Transferring the clipboard.
3) The work of running applications with a broken connection, so that it starts, disconnects, connects the next day and contemplates the results.
4) Encryption of the connection (where without it).
5) Remote mounting of local drives.
6) Collaboration, i.e. more than one connection per session (not necessary, but desirable)
7) Cross-platform, in extreme cases debian + windows.
And also a bunch of settings and other goodies are welcome.
All this stuff will work on a server under debian, and clients on windows 7.

I found an almost perfect, but paid implementation of VNC - RealVNC
Only missing:
* Remote mounting of local drives.
* Automatic scaling of the screen to fit the monitor.
But this is not a problem, for the place of the first item there is a file transfer, and the second one can be experienced.

It seems to me that NX can do all of the above.

"Virtual Network Computing (VNC) - a system for remote access to the computer desktop", there are many implementations: TigerVNC, TightVNC, UltraVNC. I'm using rdesktop (a free implementation of rdp client) from Debian to connect to Win7, it can forward not only the entire desktop, but also individual applications (seamlessrdp). TigerVNC can run from a browser (java client) with multiple connections to the same table, rdesktop supports remote mounting. Everywhere has its pros/cons. According to your requests, you will have to use several technologies (90%) if you choose from free software. Ulteo can also be viewed, there is a complex of technologies in one bottle.

@sashalondon

and there is also litemanager - remote access via the Internet to other computers.
there is just a free and paid version, they differ in the number of options, but everything is quite multifunctional.
