Alternative to RememberTheMilk?
Is there a good alternative to RememberTheMilk that is comparable in functionality?
In general, everything is fine in RTM, but I don’t really like the fact that you can’t create hierarchical lists (project / subproject) and hierarchical tasks (when one depends on the other) - and it’s not clear if this will ever appear, I see on the forum that people have been waiting for hierarchical tasks for 4 years already :)
There is a normal hierarchy in ToDo.ly , but there tasks do not have tags and the service does not yet have a mobile client for Android.
So, probably, the requirements for the alternative look like this:
- hierarchy in lists and tasks
- tags
- mobile client for Android
If it is in the Chrome Store and integrates with the browser, it's generally great.

There are some great alternatives:
1) A notebook with a pencil. The most ideal option. New day, new leaf. And then two. Write the way you want. So, as you understand. Put tags, pictures, names, phone numbers, charts, paste photos. You draw diagrams, application architectures, interface designs right next to the tasks. And always carry it with you. And most importantly, the time spent on compiling a to-do list is minimal, and this is the key factor in time management. I have not yet come to this point, because. I feel sorry for the paper when the iPhone is at hand. Weird, okay. Maybe someday I will be able to overcome myself and shit on the sheets every day :)
2) Text editor in your Android. And only in it. (Over the years of doing my business, I settled on this option). Why do you need web/pc/mac sync? If you always have your phone with you. The hierarchy is made with spaces, the categories with line breaks.
3) All the other harvesters that are more fun to mess with and tweak their functionality and timing than to use them. Choose any. I have been sitting on Evernote for a long time, I really liked it. It looks like a paper notebook, but with synchronization. He has a stupid phone client that sucks offline. That's why I went to point 2, after all, the phone is more often with me.

A very handy thing. I use PC-WinMobile.
I can't be happier at all. Try it.
Hierarchy, Task tree, Timers, priorities, etc.
