Alternative to Flash Media Live Encoder
Is there an alternative to Flash Media Live Encoder for broadcasting video in RTMP? Specifically, I would like it to be able to broadcast not only the stream from the webcam, but also the already recorded video.
And in general, it’s interesting how people broadcast recordings instead of their camera on resources such as smotri.com and yatv.ru (it can also receive RTMP).

I tried all of the above, only Flash Media Live Encoder can actually stream transcoding to rtmp, which at the same time cannot take anything other than a webcam as a source. Apparently there are no alternatives.
I found it all:
There is a lot of software for transcoding content - we recommend using Adobe Media Encoder CS5 (desktop version), Rhozet Carbon Server (for industrial multi-format transcoding), which was previously available under the label Adobe Media Encoding Server and Flash Media Live Encoder for streaming transcoding online broadcasts. As an open source alternative, it's always worth remembering ffmpeg (which can be run on a Linux environment and provides faster transcoding).
Try the ones listed. Although many people advise Flash Media Live Encoder.
Publish via rtmp using a live stream or videos can also be www.telestream.net/wire-cast/overview.htm (paid)
Yatv.ru has an "autopilot" for broadcasting videos uploaded to the server instead of streaming from the camera.
