Alternative geocoders?

Hey Habr!
When designing an iOS application, I ran into a problem. I need to turn coordinates into an address and vice versa, without displaying the result on the map in any way.
User agreements for the Yandex, Google and 2GIS APIs prohibit such a feint, requiring you to plot the results on a map, and also not allowing you to save the results of the geocoder.
The developers of Rambler.Kart did not mind, allowing such requests to their service, they only asked to put a link. But the other day there was news that Rambler decided to get rid of their cards.
Tell me, in the direction of which stable and well-functioning services should I look? Are there any other solutions I haven't been able to google yet? Geocoding interests in the Moscow region.
Thank you!

No, seriously. Every day someone creates a topic about Python. How much is already possible?
Here is the link for the first and last time: Learning Python

From writing the question on the toaster, of course. This is a mandatory first step.
