All DLLs are lost, what should I do and how can I get everything back?

The driver was downloaded from the disk for the graphic tablet. Because of it, all dll files disappeared, that is, when they tried to open programs for drawing, an error popped up that the dll file was missing. We downloaded the dll files using the directx12 program, which did not help much, after that, when I try to open programs, I get the error This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin windows. Please help me, I really want to draw

You need the qwindows.dll library, which should be in the platforms folder in the directory with your exe file. If Qt is installed on the system, then it lies in plugins\platforms in the installation directory
