Alarm clock in iOS - only vibration, how?

Hello! I became the happy owner of the iPhone, before that I had nothing to do with iOS at all. Tell me how to make the alarm clock in silent mode only vibrate? If I understand correctly, then there is no such possibility out of the box, either only with a melody, or in general, the screen just glows. Maybe there are some simple third-party applications?
I would be glad to look for it myself, but there are too many options.
