After updating Photoshop, every time the settings fly off at startup. How to fix?

Guys, has anyone encountered such a problem? I adjust the settings for myself and they crash every time they start. This was not the case before the update.

Everything turned out to be trite, there were not enough administrator rights. I checked the box "run as administrator" and everything worked as usual.
